More than 60% population of India is BPL (below poverty line). But no-one from them represents themselves in Parliament or state assemblies. Why?

Because of no political will.

- There should be more than 50 seats reserved for BPLs.

- The expenses of election for BPls should be bear by Election Commission.

- No seats should be researved on the basis of caste (OBC/SC/ST). This should be totally banned. Because this is tactis of "divide and rule" of politicians. We can never forget the caste of any one if Government of India would alive it. Now we should forget our castes. All people are either Poor or Rich. Rich people divide the poors on the basis of Caste/Religion/Area and looted them. They never like the unity of poors.
